The Basics
Zanzabar in the Waikiki Trade Center is one of Hawaii’s more popular nightclubs, especially on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. Thursday nights at Zanzabar is called “Thirsty Thursdays” and is hosted by the popular hip hop radio station 102.7 Da Bomb. On Thursdays, expect an 18 and over crowd and several top DJs. Zanzabar is one of the few nightclubs/bars open 7 days a week!

Mondays - Beach Party Mondays (Spring and Summer only)
Tuesday - Hot Latin Tuesdays - Free Salsa Lessons from 8:15 - 9:15 PM.
Wednesday - Electronic Dance Music and Neo-Soul
Thursday - Thirsty Thursdays (18 and older)
Friday - Contagious Fridays - 21 and older stylish dress party
Saturday - House of Isis (9 PM to 4 AM) 21 and older
Sunday - Sizzling Sunday Dance Contest with radio station Power 104.3
Cover Charge
Zanzabar charges $10 for anyone 21 and older and $15 for anyone under 21.
Parking
Parking is available in the building for $3 with validation.
Demographics
Zanzabar will be packed Thursday through Saturday with a young crowd. Expect a higher percentage of college students on Thursday nights. Here is a good video of what to expect on a Saturday night at Zanzabar.
Zanzabar also features some hot go go dancing girls!
Dress Code
The Zanzabar dress code depends on the night. You should dress like you are going to a nightclub! Collared shirt, pants and covered shoes for me. Dress up on Fridays!

Some new info for Zanzabar. Wednesday is mostly urban now. Friday (Sinsual Friday) is 18+ and the busiest night of the week with up to 1,400 people. Saturday is still our exclusive 21+ night (Synergy Saturdays) We are open on Monday for special events, Holidays, etc. We have plenty of new go-go dancers and use 4 all at once on Friday night. We offer 2 rooms of music, 3 full service bars, validated parking and food on certain nights till 4am.
